Return Policy for Non-Food Items

For all non-food products, we offer a standard 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the non-food items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

 

    • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@tranadaco.com or 618-802-3999 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package when returning the item.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

    • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Policy for Food Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products unless we have shipped the incorrect item(s) in your order. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect food product, please follow these steps:

 

    • Contact our Customer Service team at admin@tranadaco.com or 618-802-3999 within 5 days of receiving the incorrect item(s) to report the issue.

    • Provide clear photos of the incorrect items received, including the packaging.

    • Our team will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, we will send out the correct food item(s) to you at no additional cost. You may be asked to return the incorrect item(s) with a prepaid shipping label that we will provide.

Exceptions

Please note that the following exceptions apply to our return policy:

 

    • Perishable food items cannot be returned under any circumstances, except for incorrect orders as mentioned above.

    • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition and packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
